10-Minute Marketing: Make a list of frequently asked questions
Have you ever stopped to think about the questions you are asked by your clients or supporters? These questions are a treasure trove of information for marketing and promoting your organization.
Here are a few ways you can utilize the questions people are asking in your marketing materials:
- Blog post topic
- Website “What we do” or “About us” sections
- Marketing brochure or one-sheet PDF
- Webinar topic
- Workshop topic
- Tipsheet related to your mission or specialty
Most importantly, you need to keep track of these questions when they come up. I like to keep track of mine in
Evernote, but any note-taking app or even a Word file will do.
