Your
brand essence is one word that expresses your brand promise, i.e. the emotion and/or experience that you promise to deliver to your customers.
This can be difficult to do from scratch, but determining what your brand IS and what your brand IS NOT can make it easier.
10-Minute Marketing task:
- Write down 5 things your brand is
- Write down 5 things your brand is not
- Distill your brand promise down to one word (your brand essence)
Example:
Walt Disney = magical
Volvo = safety
